As a young entrepreneur my work in various businesses and in support of startups in Egypt exposed me to various challenges, some of them had been practicals and some had much to do with social interaction, maturity and leadership.
Throughout the years I developed the habit of reading, listening, attending courses on leadership to get over my leadership challenges and came to the realization of patterns of behavior and possible best practices. I have decided to condense my experience, training and consulting work through offering an independent learning institution for leadership-related matters.
